• 300 g crushed tomatoes • 300 g canned red beans • 150 ml chicken broth • 50 g unsweetened cocoa • 1 teaspoon cinnamon • 30 g raisins • 120 g rice
• Cook the cutlets in a frying pan and set aside • Sauté the onion in the oil. • Add garlic, paprika, chilli and cumin, cook for a few minutes. • Add all the ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. • Put the chicken back in the sauce to warm it up. • Mix the sauce. • Serve with rice cooked in boiling water.
