• Preheat the oven to 200°C.
• Chop the garlic, basil and olives.
• Finely chop the pepper.
• Drain the tuna.
• Mix all the ingredients together. Season with pepper.
• Brush the brik sheets with a little olive oil. Cut them in half and fold them in half to form a long strip. Garnish them with a little stuffing and fold them in three to form a triangle. Place on a baking sheet.
• Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
